according to my understanding the weather service saw there could be a blizzard from a hybrid storm that this was cause from two things delta low and a panhandle hook all the graphs where saying blizzard but it didnt happened ,it did set off tornadoes in texas,Ablams and Mississippi there were killers,this hybrid look like it was going to give us a blizzard like mark expail earlier a lot developed early along with dry air that killed it THANK GOODNESS
