@Jennifer lake Erie is about 575 feet above sea level. there is a quick rise east of Cleveland on the escarpment but west stays pretty flat

@Jen Plan for a mainly dry but cloudy evening. An iso storm is possible but anything that does pop up in Geauga county should be brief. Have a backup plan just in case

@Debbie The ground is very dry and can soak up a lot. The steady soaking rain will hold off until Monday. I would still keep an eye on the weather and this chat page through today and tomorrow, if a storm pushes through your campsite it could get soggy

@JES Congratulations! Looks like it'll be a close call. We will have a few waves pushing through Sunday afternoon but plan for dry time! the steady rain will likely hold off until later Sunday through Monday evening.

@TMcG haha I don't think you'll need both paddles! I do think you will get rain though. Expect waves of heavy rain through the day, I still believe most of the rain will hold off until Monday though.
