Marianne is having problems with her cable company. She's now being sent two bills! One for her old account, and another on her new account. One bill to a customer please! We called the cable company and they're working on a solution.

Ravon emailed the 5 On Your Side Solutions Center he wrote: "My son and his family rent a home. The last 6 months or so the faucets have been leaking with the tub almost a stream. The landlord sent someone 3 weeks ago but couldn't fix it. In the mean time the water bill has been nearly doubled and they can't pay." We'll call the water department. You can request a hearing in this case!
